In celebration of America's 250th birthday, Sparrow Living proudly honors those who have served with a year-long salute to freedom. Throughout 2026, veterans and active service members will receive a waived $750 community fee (or waived monthly community fee for first 12 months of lease) - our way of saying thank you for defending the liberty we celebrate together.
